1. No Return Policy

We follow a strict no-return policy on all products sold through www.anabiacomputers.com.
Once a product has been delivered and accepted, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Wrong selection of model or specifications
• Price variations after purchase
• Personal preferences

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If the product you receive is defective or damaged on arrival, you are eligible for a replacement or repair under the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• The product must be in the same condition as delivered, along with original packaging and accessories.
• A detailed inspection will be carried out by our technical team.

If the defect is confirmed, we will:

• Repair the product free of charge, or
• Replace the product with the same model (subject to availability).

3. 3-Month Warranty Coverage

All our renewed laptops come with a 3-month hardware warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty covers:

Warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage, liquid spills, or physical impact.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Software issues, including operating system errors or viruses.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances:

• The product is found to be defective on arrival and cannot be repaired or replaced.
• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during purchase.
• Refund processing may take 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
